Last Weekend

So the show didn't go as expected last Friday when I did a Photo gig @ Circa. So what... it was a blast and a crap load of people in the Hip Hop Room. Only if the show went down the way it was suppose to...damnnnn. It would've been buck-wild up in that piece.

7 am Wake-Up call

It's negative 10 degrees outside, I'm still feeling sick and i am not motivated to work at 7 am. Just went out and picked up Jasmine, grabbed Tim Horton coffee ( X-Large, 2 sugar 2 milk).
Seriously, I hope VWeb doesn't expect us to work overtime today. There's still so much for me to do and lots lots of driving.
Picking up a set of 245/65/R16s winter tires from Markham today. Then find my way around North York to Downsview GPK Go Kart place. A friend has asked me to come and check out Satellite who will be playing tonight at 10pm. I'll be doing some media coverage tonight and hopefully a wicked turn-out. As for now, gotta get back into work-mode. Ciao

Night Life

Just got back from Circa Nightclub and Montanas... A fresh Band from the GTA area played their first gig at the upstairs bar @ Montanas on John St. Images will be posted later today. Second, across the street is Circa Nightclub. I think I took over 200 images in an hour span. Pretty good. Thanks again for Edmundo (http://bit.ly/6CdOGt) for hookin me up with the gig. Much luv.

Graphic Canada 09 Show

I drove to Toronto today to check out one of the largest Graphic development display shows in the world and it's held every 2 years.

I've seen one of the top of the line printers, scanners, x/y z cutters, laminators, CnC wood machines and everything else you can think of being involved in the Design/Graphic industry.

The show was great, I came down with my co-worker and snapped a few pictures to bring back and show our company what we can offer in the future by investing a few of these new technologies.

@wrk After Hours

I think i'm going krazy. I spend more hours here in the print studio than I do anywhere else in a 7 day sprint. I rather bring my bedsheets and find a cozy spot on our laminating table and call it a night once the job is done. I'm only afraid that my boss will end up squirting me with water or worse in the morning before I get up.

Anyway, life is great but what's better getting paid extra cash just for hanging out at the print studio after hours. Nah just joking, I actually "try" to work. Serious!

Lately, i've been breathing...my job at VWebmedia. For the past couple of days, things around here were really tiring and exhausting but it was so worth it. I enjoy what I do, and the people I work for and who also work with me are amazing. I've never seen such dedication to a company so fresh into the industry. Cheers 2 U Mount-It

I've finally return to the world of wireless web. With countless days without modern I.Technology , it's been rough and at times sad the fact I don't get to hit up with my blogs. I've been having such a hectic schedule sometimes, I stare into the abyss and not knowing where the time has gone. Seriously, my daily life starts off like this.

Waking up before the rooster even has a chance to Cock-out at*430am*, make my 43min drive to Tim Hortons which gives me 15mins left before my shift at 6am starts. Then for the next 12 1.5 hrs later, I put my work face on and it's like clockwork. Being part of the Research and Development Team at Vwebmedia sure gets you into your thinking cap. Cropping out images from magazines, surfing non-related porn sites and unable to chat with my friends on gmail really sucks. After work, I head straight to the gym and lose alot of pounds that I gained this past year. Yiokes! By the time I get home it's already 930 or 10pm, I have 30mins left to prep my gear for the following day. Call my Gf for 15mins and then pass out by 1030pm and do another round for the next 5 days. But hey who's complaining? I'm happy where I am and the people that I work with are such *a$$^@^* I mean good people! But most of all....

... I miss sleep!

Caribana and a 10km hike

Caribana was crasy! We came at the end and still so many people were still dancing on the street of Lakeshore. The music was banging and the costumes were ridiculous. My brother and James walked with me to Lakeshore in our first glimpse of this annual festival in Toronto. I can say that with all the energy that came from so many people I could go back again next year and definitely capture more shots than today.
