Its a birthday cake, not a purse. LOL A friend of mine baked this delicious Chanel Purse Cake for a surprise birthday party made from vanilla mix. I had to ask what his recipe for the cake would be and he was kindly nice enough to let me blog it for all of you too see. It consists of "3 layered cake ...each layer has 2 colors to give a total of 6 layers. Crumb coated with buttercream vanilla icing (a crumb coat is the layer of frosting applied in-between each layer and around the cake to glue it and glue the fondant). Lastly it's decorated with fondant icing which was the pink and black layer." Gawd it was so good! What a sugar rush :)
